Who are we

Project Cece’s mission is to change the fashion industry for the better. We believe that in our role as consumers, we have the power to change the world. However, you do need to know where to shop. That’s where we come in. On our website we gather beautiful items, that have been made in a fair and sustainable way, to make them easier for consumers to find and empower brands with sustainability at their core to have a bigger impact. We are creating an honest fair fashion movement. Transparent stories, no greenwashing and in-house developed tech to make the experience of buying sustainable fashion 2019-proof.

 

Your contribution

Our goal is to turn the small, sustainable fashion brands from now into the big and powerful brands of the future. Our growth is directly connected with the growth of fair and sustainable fashion brands and this is something we believe can’t grow big enough. That’s going to be your mission. In your role as Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you’ll formulate and initiate experiments. Your findings will be the base for designers, UX’ers and front end developers to improve our website and the impact we make.

 

What we are looking for:
You have:

• at least 1 year of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
• strong analytical skills and are good in communicating your findings
• affinity with sustainability
• a passion for online marketing
• the ambition to change the world
