All standard orders are sent with DHL. A signature is required upon receipt. We recommend using a daytime delivery address,

German VAT will automatically be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries. A signature is required upon receipt.

You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. Your Wellicious product will be dispatched from the UK. You do not need to worry about extra costs of taxes/customs. In case your item is out of stock in the UK, we will get it delivered to us from our main warehouse in Germany first, then delivered to you. This will add some days on your delivery date, but the item will still be dispatched from the UK to you. (we will keep you informed at all times). We also also have a delivery address in the UK for returns/exchange - please see below.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNSWe understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item. You can return items to us anytime up to 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. In order for us to process your return, please make sure all item(s) are in the same condition in which you received it/them. This means unused, unworn, and without any marks (i.e. deodorant, food, grease, make-up etc.). Please take care to avoid scenting the garment(s) with perfume, and please also ensure all labels are kept intact.

Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order.

Items may be returned not later than 14 days from the day on which you received them. The customer is required to cover the immediate costs for sending back a return package. Sale items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. After that, we will give you a store credit or exchange.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you are able to provide us with proof of delivery (for example, a signature of receipt). When you send back your return package, please make sure to send item with "signature required" or use a courier service. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured shipping service similar to the sort we use to send the products to you.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty or we get your order wrong, you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you have to notify Wellicious GmbH clearly about your decision to withdraw from the contract via post, fax or e-mail. However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

We will refund all payments for full-priced items received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. De reis van Wellicious begon in 2007, lang voordat duurzaamheid zo populair was in de kledingindustrie. Tijdens een beurs in Parijs ontmoette Wellicious' oprichter Heike een groep gepassioneerde mensen die ook enthousiast waren om de mode-industrie te verbeteren. En zo begon ze haar missie om een bedrijf te bouwen dat duurzame en circulaire yogaproducten kon produceren, waarbij het hergebruik en de recycling van alle materialen verspilling en vervuiling tegengaan.

Eerlijke en lokale productie: Alle producten worden in Europa gemaakt. Behalve het GOTS-gecertificeerde biologische katoen; deze komt uit Peru.

Milieuvriendelijk: Wellicious gebruikt Cradle to Cradle Certified® Platinum-materialen, wat betekent dat het eindproduct geen schadelijke gifstoffen of chemicaliën bevat. Je zou de producten zelfs thuis kunnen composteren, hoewel het proces behoorlijk tijdrovend is. Als je Wellicious-producten terugstuurt, kunnen zij deze voor je composteren en ontvang je 10% korting op je volgende aankoop!
