The earrings are created using leather offcuts collected from furniture manufacturers. This eco-friendly process reduces the amount of waste heading for landfill and helps to reduce the demand on the world’s resources.

Alle producten van Paguro Upcycle zijn gemaakt van gerecyclede en geüpcyclede materialen die anders naar de vuilstort waren gegaan of waren verbrand. De producten zijn gemaakt door creatieve makers of door productie in sociale ondernemingen in Indonesië, Maleisië, Thailand en het VK. De leveranciers in Azië worden eenmaal per jaar bezocht. Paguro Upcycle helpt ambachtslieden uit Azië en het VK aan winst voor een leefbaar bestaan. Ze helpen hen met hun ontwerpen en om hun producten op de markt te brengen. Tegelijkertijd krijgen de materialen een nieuwe waarde. Paguro Upcycle is PETA-Approved veganistisch.
