Kort overzicht

Beautify this cocooning design oversized men’s cardigan in easy to wear blue dark color - with an arc embroidery design.

It features a repurposed reversible and detachable collar made from preloved and vintage linens. The colors from the one side is red and multicolor (blue green with vintage printed “faces”) and an art piece design with a handmade lace as finishing at the back. The reverse side is white with a faint hand embroidered flowers design. You will button up the collar using the extra button holes on the cardigan.

The collar is in an overlapping sailor style with an art printed and hand embroidery details along it.

The reworked cardigan is preloved and its made from wool with V- neck collar closure, oversized knitted sleeves and a beautiful knit waistband. The design has a generous fit with 4 buttons closure in front ( plus 2 hidden buttons inside).
When the weather gets chilly, you should be able to stay warm while still looking chic. Its so versatile and its the ideal partner for a jean, short, leggings or a strappy top or blouse underneath when there’s a chill in the air.

Fitolojio Workshop is een in Amsterdam gevestigde webwinkel met handgemaakte, unieke en ethisch geproduceerde artikelen. Het werd in 2020 opgericht door Katerina Michaloutsou. Fitolojio Workshop heeft 'upcycled & reworked' kleding, en unieke vintage materialen. Het label is ontstaan uit het idee om een duurzame garderobe te creëren die lang meegaat, gemaakt van materialen die mensen niet langer nuttig vinden.

Eerlijk geproduceerd: De collectie wordt ontworpen en genaaid in eigen studio en één ander atelier dichtbij. Deze studios zijn in Nederland. De materialen komen van een Nederlandse webshop met wollen dekens en individuele online verkopers via bijvoorbeeld Marktplaats en Noordgoed. 

Milieuvriendelijk: Fitolojio staat voor het upcyclen van oud textiel tot prachtige, unieke nieuwe items. Zo zijn er jasjes gemaakt van een slaapzak uit de jaren '70 en worden er oude wollen dekens gebruikt. 

Lokaal geproduceerd: alle items worden verzonden uit de studio in Amsterdam, Nederland. 

Goed doel: Fitolojio steunt 'Because We Carry', een organisatie die zich inzet voor vluchtelingen in kampen op Lesbos, voornamelijk moeders. Het is een transparante organisatie waarvan we kunnen bevestigen dat elke euro goed bij zijn doel terecht komt.
